Acceptable Use

User Content

Creators remain responsible for ownership, rights, and legality of all videos, captions, metadata, and media uploaded through CreatorForge.

Ownership

CreatorForge retains ownership of the software platform, while users retain ownership of their original and transformed content, subject to third-party platform policies.

Liability

CreatorForge provides tools and automation workflows as-is and is not liable for platform policy violations, account penalties, or third-party service outages.

Termination

CreatorForge may suspend or terminate access for abuse, policy violations, security risk, or failure to comply with these terms.
